Hi Folks!
Back in August of 2008 I got an email from a lady in the states asking about cooking classes for her family, who were coming to Nova Scotia on vacation. Her name was Beth Rankin and they wanted a class on either seafood or Acadian cuisine.
At the time my friend and Acadian Chef Roy Doucet was teaching evenings down in Yarmouth so it came together quickly.
Apparently, the experience left a mark on Beth, since she just posted a blurb about the whole experience on her blog here:
